A possible ending where the doctor lives

We all have seen the episode where the doctor gets shoot by the astronaut and River Son claims that hes dead for good. But do to the recent episode in which River Son saves the doctor from sure death and sacrifices all her regenerations. Then i remembered that the doctor is not the only time lord left because he also has his daughter who regenerated without the doctor knowing. This leads me to believe that the doctor might be saved by his daughter after River Son kills him.
